Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

1. Returns

Returns are accepted within the five (5) days from the date of product delivery. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

2. Return Process

To return an item, Please WhatsApp us at [+91 6900332449] and place the item securely in its original packaging at the time of returning the product, then our delivery partner will pick up the product and they will return it to us.

3. Refunds

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least three (3) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by whatsapp/email when your return has been processed. In case of refund, the amount will be credited to your account through UPI or the default payment address associated with your account. We will message/call you for confirmation before proceeding with payment.

4. Order cancellation

• 4.1 Pre-Shipment Cancellation: We understand that circumstances may change, and you may wish to cancel your order before the product has been shipped. In such cases, we are happy to accommodate your request and cancel the order without any additional charges. Please contact our customer support team as soon as possible to initiate the cancellation process.
• 4.2 Post-Shipment Cancellation: Once the product has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be processed. We strive to ensure prompt delivery of your order, and once it is in transit, it becomes difficult for us to intercept or cancel it. Therefore, we encourage you to carefully review your order before finalizing the purchase.

• Rs 40/- restocking fee will be charged for all returns of physical products.
